Frankenstein: 2002

FRANKENSTEIN was a full-length dance piece by Blue Eyed Soul that met with critical acclaim from audiences, promotors and critics alike during its 2002 UK tour.
Directed by Liam Steel and performed by disabled and non-disabled dancers the piece drew parallels between the popular story by Mary Shelley and scientific and medical issues at the forefront of 21st Century thinking.
“Slick, Slick, Slick – Really Dangerous”
“Fusing political with theatrical in a seamless light but powerful way”
“Its triumph was that by the end I was completely absorbed and bowled out by the sheer force of the production.”
